The rates for business services vary based upon the nature of the work to be performed.\u00a0 There is a one hour minimum per incident.\u00a0 Payment is due Net on Delivery of service.<\/p>\n
Data eradication (DoD Secret level wipe, with signature for data destruction certificate as needed) or recovery – $500 per hour<\/p>\n
Server support services – $450 per hour<\/p>\n
Network support services – $400 per hour<\/p>\n
Office support services – $300 per hour<\/p>\n
Remote server support – $200 per hour<\/p>\n
Operating systems supported for this tier of service include: Windows 10, Windows 2003 server, Windows 2008 server,\u00a0 Windows 2008 Server R3, Apache, Arch, CentOS, Fedora, MySQL, RedHat, Slackware, Solaris, SunOS, Ubuntu, and WordPress.\u00a0 Services are provided within a 30 mile drive of Youngstown, Ohio.\u00a0 Payment is due at time of service.\u00a0 Remote services for new clients are not available without prepayment.\u00a0 All rates are billed in whole hour increments.<\/p>\n
For services beyond the 30 mile radius of Youngstown please inquire. Remote services are not subject to additional fees based on geography.<\/p>\n

Emergency services are subject to availability and double the standard rates.
